ROLLS ROYCE PLANNING THIRD SHOWROOM IN INDIA

Rolls Royce India is on a roll at the moment with sales touching 70 units last year. This year the exclusive luxury marque expects to breach the 100 unit mark as more and more enquiries for the high-end luxury cars come in. The company has received a large number of enquiries from the northern cities of Chandigarh, Ludhiana and Jalandhar.

To cater to the demand from the north of the country, Rolls Royce is planning to open its third showroom in India. The British brand already has dealerships in Mumbai and Delhi. The new showroom could most probably be coming up in the city of Chandigarh.

Overall, the demand for luxury cars has seen a rise in the recent past. Among the top three players in the market, BMW sold the most number of premium sedans in the country followed by Mercedes Benz. Rolls Royce offers cars which are completely in a different league compared to the beemers, Mercs and Audis. The price of the ultra exclusive limousines ranges from Rs 2.5 Crore to Rs 8 Crore. But, the main selling point of these cars have always been exclusivity.
